January 1999

Peter Zeuli launches Philadelphia Investment Partners to bring institutional level investing to the general investing public by utilizing his knowledge gained as an analyst on a market neutral hedge fund.

April 2003

Peter Zeuli earns the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation to enhance client service capabilities.

January 2008

Peter and his firm create, implement and manage Philadelphia Investment Partners’ first pooled investment vehicle — PIP New Generation Fund, LP — a global long/short hedge fund.

January 2011

PIP converts the fund from an LP structure to a Mutual Fund for use within asset allocation models and smaller portfolios due to rising demand.

July 2017

Peter and his firm create, implement and manage the PIP Dynamic Core Fund, LP — a concentrated, overwrite fund to modernize their investment approach.

January 2018

PIP recruits Shannon McCue to bring to the firm a rare combination of institutional investment and family office experience for expanded wealth management services.

July 2023

Philadelphia Investment Partners rebrands to PIP Wealth to further capture the overall services the firm encompasses to serve all clients.
